Shoutbox Problem

I have a problem with url tag on shoutbox.
If for example is posted something like this:

Martzy Created a new topic [url=http://xxxxx.org/forums.php?action=view_topic&topic_id=1&page=last]Test[/url]

If i click that link, goes to http://xxxx.org/%5C%221%5C%22.

I use V2 Memcache.

OLd news been known about since it began, you havent looked very far especially when i posted fixes for it ages ago on my own forum
