bbcodes [img][url] in shoutbox TS SE 4.3

Any chance or idea how to make bbcodex working in 4.3?
Sorry If I'm annoying but I'm desperated because in 3.1 I have these bbcodes in shoutbox :(

to make the shoutbox lighter xam removed any bbcode like img on shoutbox i haven;t looked at the code but basically it requires to call up the right include file where bbcode is in
