Bug Report for new Video clip

hi
no matter what video is it keeps saying i dont have permission to add this video
it submit them some have thumbnail some dont have
it is strange there

if alink ends like this: 9VZllR44gdA it is ok and it shows thumbnail as well
if a link ends is like this : 6_I70KACh4o&feature=related it does not show the thumbnail

can we fix it
maybe this is a bug

you only put the video ID not
