Which sources can be used as PUBLIC torrent trackers?

I would like to make a list of all tracker sources that can have public torrents
Any of the old ones like TBDEV and TorrentStrike or TorrentTrader can be used as public trackers?

You can use torrenttrader. Most of the public tracker out there are based on it albeit with some form of modification.
