TBDev interview/application mod

hi, looking for help here..
i'm searching for interview/application mod for TBDev is anyone have?
would be grateful if someone share that. I have try to modify the uploader application, seem not work for me. :sad:

Have a look around for something like the uploader application mod and change it to suit your needs!

Can you post the php file you have created so far might be able to help you out. plus the tbdev version also will help alot.

sorry for late update, i have found one software and create the form already. but it was external. i think that will help me and the team to manage the site. :ok:
