how to set blocks to the theme

how to set blocks to the right side of theme so on just getting in to this and new blocks:drink:

It all depends on the theme so you should post this In that theme section.

open up themes/theme name/style.css
look for rightcolumn and leftcolumn

change values of float
example float:left; to float:right;

to add more blocks you need to talk to joe
