How to instal TBDev?

I have XAMP and i cant found one link for TBDev for download db and one link where can i install the TBDev?
please help me.

Download TBDev from here: http://bvlist.com/tbdev/187-tbdev-so...09-rev212.html

The database is inside !
-put the files inside archive in the HTDOCS folder (where XAMP is installed)
-import database files in sql folder with localhost/phpmyadmin
-modify file /include/secrets.php

I want make with Host...i pay...

There don have a Xamp...they have ftp and etc.

Who is the best host for my tracker and how can i put the tracker in to host?
