it is already public, in different forms and shapes for different clients who wanted it including customized mods and enhanced server security
But due to "unforeseen consequences" (HL3 Confirmed!?) the latest and most updated version of the code (PHP 7.3/7.4, MariaDB 10.3/MySQL 8) has been destroyed when my server's storage space went into flames.
Demo site is back online but nothing on it.. When i will find some backups (i hope i do) i'm going to continue further development. Being in another country at the moment doesn't help me at all with the recover process
