how to edit new video clip section

there is a section called new video clip
how we could add videos there
i was looking 3 days could not find a clue

no matter what video is it keeps saying i dont have permission to add this video
it submit them some have thumbnail some dont have
it is strange there

if alink ends like this :9VZllR44gdA it is ok and it shows thumbnail as well
if a link is like this : 6_I70KACh4o&feature=related it does not show the thumbnail

can we fix it
