The problem that the words are black, i was instructed to look in to .css of the template i am using but i couldnt find, anyone can point me to the right direction.

if u use moziila get web dewelopers tools addon for it .. with that thing you can see css of that thing (use ctrl+shift+y) and if it says no style info then it's not defined in css but if it shows part off css where isn't or is color youst set it

thanks a lot that did it, but it changed the colour of site navigation others too.. hmm

probably it give you some kind of
#td (css definiton)
that is default definition of text color if not speshaly defined so find where in php is lines where strats text etc for this part of site then add something like
and put up new lines in css like
