I got the same and I got around the issue by completing the signup form again and it created my account and was able to login.

You need to use http://www.ninjacentral.co.za/signup.php.

Its very strange, I can signup fine. I think I'm going to use the original signup and takesignup code, that should fix the problem.

and as you know users dont like wasting time in doing so lol there to lazy to try again like myself haha:drink:
