im on hes site and lokked deep in hes code and all hes done is set PHP8 thats all and set http to https in hes so called new code..i know looked into hes core a few hours ago..same old tdev just with a few edits on it and some new css thats it

It looks like he has re-write from scratch to me very roughly, but that's my opinion, I haven't seen the code. Either way I wish him all the best, even though I think he's in the wrong business.
