Swedish letter becomes
Hey i have a bit of a problem, when you type swedish letter on my site, (dont metter were)
that means |
what's your charset collation?
|
MySQL charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)
MySQL connection collation: utf8_swedish_ci |
if your most of tables are in swedish then here is what you should do
in Tracker Settings --> Themes and languages --> setup proper charset there whatever latin1 swedith is which I'm not sure of but it's one of those iso-8859-x x=1 to 15 so try one by one till you get it right Good Luck |
okey so i should put iso-8859X at the date forumat thnigy. will test. ty
edit: didnt work, you dont wana get in my tracker and test ? i can get this to work! Edit#2: I got something here, Its only get fuckt when you do for an example fast reply and such, if you do advance reply it wont get fuckt letters, it will be |
what i mean is to to use iso-8859-1 , iso-8859-2 ....etc
here is what I need to see from your phpmyadmin (this is my settings) http://img221.imageshack.us/img221/6006/pmazb7.png http://img221.imageshack.us/img221/6...f3d41cb194.jpg and here is what my setting http://img221.imageshack.us/img221/5651/trackqv0.png http://img221.imageshack.us/img221/5...574935c309.jpg so you said on your PMA (phpmyadmin) shows as Latin1_swedish_ci right? so in your tracker it should say iso-8859-1 according to this iso-8859-1 article if your PMA says something else other than latin1 then check other ones |
