TS 3 (pincode problem)

Alright, I got banned someway or another.
Now I unban myself, but the staffpanel keeps banning me.
How do I fix this?

Alright I fixed that, just remove the cookies.
But next problem it says my pincode is wrong, But i'm sure its the right one.

So what am I doing wrong this time?
