Need some help!

Heey out there in cyberspace!


My English is not so very good and i cant code a sh*t! But i want to learn, have download a code from Tbdev and created a site with that, but i have some problems with getting Å,Ä,Ö to work, i really dont know what to do to fix that.

And i want to use my IP on the site instead of localhost/127.0.01 so my friends etc can give me feedback..


Now are you guys thinking "why should you starta a tracker if you cant code?" well, im not going to start a tracker this year, but i want to learn how to do if i want some other time, and i really dont like to ask someone to help me to code the site, want to learn someting too, thats why i ask just this here for now.


Please help me with this (maybe a piss in missisippi problem?)
