how to set blocks to the theme

how to set blocks to the right side of theme so on just getting in to this and new blocks

It all depends on the theme so you should post this In that theme section.

open up themes/theme name/style.css
look for rightcolumn and leftcolumn

change values of float
example float:left; to float:right;

to add more blocks you need to talk to joe
