carnt log in

hi there iv just set up tbdev and trying to log bk in with the sysop acc but wont let me bk in in done all the data base codes are in but still wont let me log in i see my acc in the user bit in myphp admin any help plz thanks

Well I can't Login Too..

it says

chmod 0755 config.php
