How i change theme in netmaniacks source?

I want a change or include theme system for tbdev source.

So if i will put my theme files to www/themes folder and open my profile page to change it.

Someone can make a guide for me or other noobs :)

Entry on phpmyadmin - > your's table-> stylesteets ... and click on insert ... there set number (...ex 3) , link to your style and style name , and dont forgot to put the css on your www/themes or htdocs/themes ...or how you have ...
