TBDev or TSSE Theme

Sorry m8s because i'm making this topic but sincerly i don't have graphic skins.Here what i want to contain:
1.A bright color.
2.Animations in header and footer.
3.A rotating 5 releases near logo,i mean kind of carusel but with nice 5 games covers.(this is hard to explain,not exactly like carusel mod)The 5 games covers go in circle.
4.Nice looking buttons
5.And kinda 3D effects(this is optional and i don't think you can really make it)
Preferably for TSSE 5.6:bubble:Thanks guys if you can really do it you rock
