Big Problem

I look in PhP My Admin (TbDev) to users.php and i don't found password for Admin and System...How can i found them?
I have idee but i dont know its very good.
Exemple :
Delete Admin (user)
Delete System (user)
And then i make new Admin account and System account.

Please help me.Who is best ideea or one sugestion?
