please help me install tbdev

hey guys, since ive visited this site i have loved this site, i wanted to ask if any one can help me setup a torrent tracker website for me?

To install TBDev download this version: http://bvlist.com/tbdev/187-tbdev-so...09-rev207.html then just upload the files in your server`s root

Modify with your data the file /include/config.php and that`s all

Just upload all the files in the archive to your server`s root then follow the installation process instructions !

YES guys ive done it thank to u people, now where do i find the control panel for staff so i can setup up trackers and upload stuf?
