I have a serious problem!

The users do not download or upload!

But by all accounts is that they are uploading or downloading!

For example, I in my account, I did not download or upload.

But is this: 5.72 GB (upload) 2.03 GB (download)

Are you using force passkey system?
what Version are you useing?
you need to check you IP make sure it is reading right and check the IP for your webseder account in your deteals. if you do not use it it should be 0.0.0.0 or 0 if i is 255.255.255.255 that well be your problem! please advice me if so.

to see user IP go to admin/user mananger you can see all user IP's there.
to see the asigned Seedbox ip you need to go to edit profile. remember that should be 0.0.0.0
