Help locked out

when i set the staff pin it keeps saying invaild pincode and then bans me when i clear mySQL and delete all files from FTP and reupload and install it dont let me even login its still remembering that im blocked!!

how to fix this using TS SE v5.1 V2

in admincp add your staff name and id ie: {freddy:234}

also if not go to your sites database and clear ur name and re signup
etc etc

where in the database should i go i looked but cant see anything!! thanks for the reply

users table delete urself then re signup or add your name and id
sysop=8 i think or do a fresh start

i looked in the sql and found the IPban and deleted the bans im able to access it now :) but i also deleted the pincode lol so i gotta install again with a fresh pincode :)

see i start fresh and it still remembers that im banned

im in the admincp and it says admin:1

should i change it to admin:234 ?
