greek encoding

Hello,i'm trying to see how tbdev works,i downloaded this http://www.bvlist.com/downloads/8815-xtremetorrent.html

all fine,i installed it without any problem,it works fine but my problem is when i'm gonna write a greek letter the letter is like this ΞˆΟ„ΟƒΞΉ i was searching to change the encoding to utf-8 but i didnt find anywhere how to change it and i need help where it is..
