Help with index tsse 5.6

Hi, I've got a problem.. I dont really understand the index codes. I need to fix the index mods, like width and hights but none of the mods codes are in index.php, as far as I see... I'ts just other codes that doesnt match the index? Are mods codes in another php file or what? Im quite new with tsse source.. can anyone help me?

the index page is based on plugins you can manage that in the sitesettings
look at the left site for a buton manage plugins
