big problem

i have ts v4.3 all work but in download the max speed is 5ko/s
my hosting in Host Monster - Web hosting
and i upload all torrent in dedibox server 100mb/s in upload using utorrent 1.8.1 or azureus all torrent downloading in my pc max 5ko/s and other user.

everything worked with me, Azureus 2.5. 3.1, Transmission, ktorrent, uTorrent 1.8, bitcomet 0.70 to 1.0, whatever i throw at it worked except that you're not supposed to use port 6881-6889!!!!!!!
