Here I installed TS Template Shares 5.6 - modded by lateam & lafouine022

On two different host one in Canada and one in the country down on that of Canada but no worries on that at home (where my tracker will be) impossible on my seedbox utorrent and still this error

Tracker: The tracker sending invalid data <Nul>

So is it possible that the hoster of netherlands blocking me on this side?
