To re code something, and release it as an official version.

Only the original creator of the code can release an official version.
And the creator of torrentstrike is
Tony
Even when
Krypto and a few others ( myself included ) were running a support forum for torrentstrike. ( With
Tony's permission )
When the official torrentstrike forum was off line.
We never once thought about creating a new version of the code.
Instead we went on to create FreeTSP.
Last we heard
Tony was working on the V5 ( with Nicky as far as I remember )
Yes it was a while back ( well yes quite a while really )
