So you've just designed a new theme/layout and not fixed the bugs, backdoor or other exploits?
If that's the case then please edit your main post to state this, otherwise some may see this and think that everything has been fixed.
I fail to see why a fixed version would not be Free, when all other source codes posted here with the exception of a couple are Free!
