still have the trouble when uploading torrent...

getting this message when trying to upload torrent...
Can't get Peer Data from TrackerTracker NOT Responding. Check Tracker Spelling (NO EMPTY SPACES INSIDE URLs) and that the Tracker is up and Running. The Tracker you Specified is:address to my computer:81/announce.php
