My opinion...
It seems this site is primarily for getting support for the various (private) tracker scripts...with maybe a little side of advertising members' (private) site(s), that were made using these (private) tracker scripts.
Key point being...private. As someone (DND) put it...who in the right state of mind would even use public torrents?
