you wont get a bug free site in its entirety. bugs can develop from xss/sql attacks, user comments, large portions of text, large DB, even changing your operating system, webserver software or host can cause bugs... the point is .. learn to code or dont bother

to get close to wat id see as a bug free site no one would do for a domain name. ur looking at months of work for a true bug free site (that WILL develop bugs in the future beleive me)

how do u intend to maintaine the code once its done if you cant code ?

trust me ... paying for your site is not the way forward.. learn the basic of php/html/css and then have a go urself.. bvlist users can help and if you use OFFICIAL tbdev source users over there can help
