Torrent tracker or forum
Hello techguys,
i am thinking to build my own tracker or a forum. Now for the hosting part i think that for the forum the best sollution will be the siteground.com because it hasnt problems with copyright laws i think. But for the tracker? the santrex isnt good because in the policy they say that "they cooperate with legal authorities if they find illegal content". So i want one server which will be in a country without copyright laws,and in this way i will not go to jail. I will use and vpn.
