Disable free-singinup

How can I close free-singinup and be able to do on a Guest account>>>???

Hi, easy to close signup, go to admincp.php end search for

Users                                 and

 Invits

end write there the number of users you wan't on the tracker, if are registred 2 users , write there at Users 2 end invits then click Submit , end if someone wants to registred it is give this>
