if any we contact the customer first to back up what ever he needs then we go from there since i started no one has been closed or suspended
not even the nice chap what called me a dickhead when he clearly was the n00b

sounds cool i am looking for a new webhost as i am a bit sceptic about the one i have now how ever they reject all dmca and complains, i am running a public tracker will that be an issue with all content ?

I would recommend never to use this host, why?

[1] had to contact seller to get him to set up account as they are not auto set up

but mainly [2] the ftp details did of sorts work, as I logged in only had public_html folder no www folder, no biggy though but the public_html folder wasn't opening and kept giving time out errors in filezilla also whilst merely trying to log in would half of the time be faced with time out issue, like below:

Response: 200 Type set to I
Command: PASV
Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode (109,163,229,55,153,120).
Command: MLSD
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

I mean why offer hosting if you cannot provide it, no wonder it's £1 it's rubbish would stay away if I were you.

firstly why should it be auto?
secondly we dont setup your site you do you have full rights to make the ftp accounts and so on


so go on what else dont you understand?
google cpanel tutorials it will help you a hell of a lot instead of blaming the host


and last you n00b this is vps you got cheap shared £1 hosting

I really dont get in to this on open forums but WTF where is your ticket number ..Second Dont be a DICK as I have use this server an its great the support is well worth it .. FFS
