does ne1 know if its possible in tsse 5.6 to force user to fill in first profil settings like Internet Speed, before he can download anything.

and may be someone has a solution for a new parameter in settings and options: seeding time.

best so the user must fill in himself.

The overemphasis on is: must !!!
