i trying to write in Hebrew and its wont work
ֳ—ֲ”ֳ—ֲ”ֳ—ֲ¨ֳ—ֲ©ֳ—ֲžֳ—ֲ” ֳ—ֲ₪ֳ—ֲ×ֳ—ֲ•ֳ—ֲ—ֳ—ֲ”

and i try to save as utf-8 and its not working
and in bittorrent.php

nothing changes
