Error While signup
 

Hello,

While singup with U-232 V4 join us for very 1st user userid2 getting below error :

Notice: Undefined variable: usernames in /var/www/html/include/user_functions.php on line 167

MySQLI Error

I am with this same problem

THis is from github:
4. Create a second user on entry named System ensure its userid2 so you dont need to alter the autoshout function on include/user_functions.php. 5. Sysop is added automatically to the array in cache/staff_settings.php and cache/staff_setting2.php. 6. Staff is automatically added to the same 2 files, but you have to make sure the member is offline before you promote them.If you set it up properly you shouldn't get these errors. Check your staff_settings and staff_settings2 site settings and ensure you have properly chmodded your appropriate folders. Follow the instructions on github and you should have no issues

Also if you see errors check the bloody error logs.

Your PHP error logs are normally something like /var/log/apache/error.log

And u232 stores mysqli errors in something like /sqlerr_logs

Make sure that above one is writeable by the webserver or you want have any.

Then when you get this kind of problem you can actually come back with the error the system is spewing out.



How did you set up the second user. Once you have the first one created (Sysop) then goto the admin panel and add a user from there.
