Upload error, Fatal error version 1.3.9

why do i get this error:S i have change my php.ini to 38m

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1000000001 bytes) in C:\xampp\htdocs\include\benc.php on line 49

Check in your php.ini file the limitations:
memory_limit = ?

i have change it to 38m now but i have change it to 700000000002m to but i still get the same shit!

Bump: come on i need help it's just that only thing i need to fix... come on some one help!

when i go to upload a torrent i get this

Multi-tracker/DHT torrents not allowed!

how do i fix this ??

i dont get it do i have to upload torrents 1 by 1 or can they all be gatherd or leeched from tpb or mini ? like be uploaded by themselves ??

what the heck are you uploading???
torrent files are pretty small and image files shouldn't be that big
