stats count error

hey guys has anyone come accross this problem or a fix yet its not counting peoples downlaod stats just there uplaod stats

In the User Group Permissions is the 'Can FreeLeech' set to NO? If not then set it to NO.

also i thaught that option was supposbed be set to yes so they can take part in the freeleech torrents
