POLICE

Recently I had a tracker
I want to know how can I do so as principal manager to be completed by any fault and users are responsible for their deeds.

advice

as far as i know sweden / holland / canada (don t know that much about the last one)
are a few safe filesharing-friendly countries

but... such safety comes at high prices... for high performances

my advice... be carefull what you type in your Disclaimer... and put in the sign up page a condition : to have read and agreed your disclaimer.

uhm... your english bites... big time

the diclaimer protects you from certain charges,
also the .torrent files are not hosted on your pc/server so you rest at ease
but, there is a section in the law that still punishes the help of getting pirated matterial.

so you are safe and not in the same time.
