white pages and 403 forbiden acces fix
 

as far as i have seen there is bug in all ubuntu based servers even ur beloved localhost
error is like this when u upload files to server u got blank page ore forbiden acc images and styles are missing u try chmod but that usualy don't work
so problem is with PRE UPLOAD PREMISSIONS
like if file have no premissions before u upload it it will have 0 on server too
and chmod won't work
that's like if u create map caled var and upload to server it detects it as system part and later u can't deleate it so make shure u set premissions BEFORE upload
like in atached imag where is premissions 0

atached image translation so when u have files on ur pc what u are going to upload to server (ubuntu based pc)
pres mouse right button on folder (not .php but folders only )
then "properties" > "premissions"
then u are suppose to see something like this (in image)
lines say premisions what u have on file
put them one if u have none like set "make files and deleate "
but don't set level 2 premisions like file accses
u need to SET FOLDER ACCSES ONLY
