open main.php and edit lines 366 where your left blocks will go and line 432 where your right block will go ( this is just the way i have mine setup, also i do not have pop up pm on this theme, you will get a red announcement with link to your mail instead.. and lastly edit line 451 to your site name.
if you want the falling snow on here let me know il post the script, i found it annoying.
