How I can add a staff member on TS SE 4.3 for nos say We belive you are use a fake acount to him PLs help

in site settings you have to add like this: "username:ID"

ex "sysop:1" separate them with comma "," sysop:1,gigi:2

hope you understand ;)

P.S. and you put images like this:
[attachment=0:2oks1sra]fffrb4.png[/attachment:2oks1sra]

EDIT: this was an example of how to put images...
