Hey i have a problem i downloaded tbdev u232 i put on host, i modifyed config.sample.php and when i try to acces

rename config.sample.php > config.php and place it into include folder along with sample.announce.php > announce.php also goes into include folder.

Have you "read" how to setup and followed steps. give folders/files correct permissions..... of yes to all the above then site should work.
