tbdev.net is down, I can't find anywhere can download a tbdev+xbt.

who can upload one for me ?

Or give me a Effective link for "TBDEV H v3.2.2 By SEKTOR XBT" download.

better use memcache, apc, and php cache

What does XBT tracker have to do with caching?

XBT is C++ based and will always out perform a PHP based tracker. There are some brilliant TBDEV XBT integrations, have a search of this forum.
