is this a request your willing to pay for .. i very much doubt ud pay for such a simple and easy job .. next time u will be warned for breaking forum rules

most shoutbox backgrounds are set at the top of shoutbox.php .. look in there and you will either see the background-color: css at the top or the bgcolor attribute added to the body tag
