Is there any way to get torrent from one tracker and upload to other tracker without downloading the files to your PC ?

Fast seedbox like with 10Gbps network or u can take rss information from outher site and display in to ur site!

Hes better off using a external torrant code but still you will need to download the file to upload to hes site no way out of it ..only with hot rss link but that alot of work to mod up

Topsite access would be the way to do it properly, but that will cost you.
