Pmbt Flash menu inserting

I want to insert the flash menu i modded below, right after the logo of the site...what command to i have to write and in what php?

i want it to be visible in all pages.

Just to help you out, everyone can use the admin panal edit it so only Admins can see it otherwise they will mess up your settings.

Thanx mates for the reply...

however i managed to enter all the flash parts, i made, to my site due to joe's help from another question i had asked him some time ago...
