v2.3 is not yet ready. But you can use this theme to 2.2 version.

Seems ok, but i suggest to draw some borders too in images so they whole traker seems like its flow's with background...

You can change lines by yourself. Changed is CSS file. Search for footer and change color Thats all.

Or search for mainrouter and change color there.
